Return & Refund Policy

At Gugan Garment GGGenerations, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality clothing for women, kids, and newborn babies. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully.

1. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

To process an exchange request, we require:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • No stains, damage, or perfume smell
  • A continuous unboxing video (without cuts or edits) for damaged or missing item claims

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or exchange process.

2. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they meet the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product should be in original sale condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the issue.

5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email us with your Order ID and return reason
  • Our support team will review your request
  • Approved returns will receive return instructions
  • Customers may need to pack the item securely for pickup or shipping

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be provided.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

9. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

  • If the mistake is from Gugan Garment GGGenerations, return shipping will be free.
  • If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges may be deducted.
